APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL, USE GMhT (DR. ALICE MAROLD)
WHEREAS, we have received a petition for Conditional
Use in the Southwest 114 of Section 25, to permit the operation
of a horse clinic, and
WHEREAS, this is predominantly undeveloped area and
zoned agriculture, and
WHEREAS, this use would be compatible with agriculture
uses, and
WHEREAS, the Public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of
0 the City of Muskego approve a Conditional Use Grant to permit
the operation of a horse clinic at the property in the South-
west 114 of Section 25, addressed S102 W13945 Loomis Drive.
