APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
LAKE MEADOWS TEMPORARY SIGN
(Kelsey and Victoria Dr.)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved an 8' x 16'
temporary sign to introduce Lake Neadows Subdivision located
at the entrance to the subdivision at the intersection of
Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive on July 17, 1979, with sub-
sequent extensions of time, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits further extensions
for six month intervals with Plan Commission approval until
such time as 75% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS, Lake Meadows has not reached 75% development, and
WHEREAS, the sign remains in satisfactory condition.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve an extension of six months
for the 8' x 16' temporary sign to introduce Lake Meadows
subdivision, which is located at the intersection of Kelsey
Drive and Victoria Drive.
