ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE

WHEREAS, David Wallschlaeger, W141 S7574 Freedom
Avenue, has constructed a 12' x 12', unattached, second garage
structure on this property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage has a sub-
stantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the 2nd Garage Structure located on the property at
W141 S7574 Freedom Avenue
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design
of this second garage is compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
