APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
(WISCONSIN COIL SPRING, INC.)
WHEREAS plans have been submitted by Wisconsin Coil
Spring, Inc. to construct a 160' x 125' building on lot 5,
block 4 in the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS this lot is adjacent to their existing building,
and
WHEREAS both buildings are architecturally compatible,
and
WHEREAS the plans submitted comply to the Rules ti
Regulations of the Industrial Park and other applicable
ordinances.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego approve the Building Site and Operational
Plans for Wisconsin Coil Spring, Inc., located on lot 5, block
4 in the city's Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that before an occupancy permit
is issued, a landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Plan
Commission for approval.
