APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF THE TOM H. LUDWIG
CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #79
WHEREAS, a Conditional Use has been requested for a
woodworking cabinet shop in February of 1980, and
WHEREAS in July of 1981, the Plan Comission approved
a Revised Building, Site and Operational Plan, and
WHEREAS it is proposed to construct a 24’ x 83’
addition which constitutes a substantial change in the
original grant, and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing has been held on September
20, 1983.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the Expansion of
Conditional Use of the building without placing any further
conditions other than that on the original grant #7.9:,. which
prohibits :outsi.de storage.
