RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE PETITION FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS
REX MILAM
WHEREAS the Plan Conunission has reviewed the petition
of Mr Rex Milam for legal lot status of Lot 3, in the
Southwest 114 of Section 32, Point Denoon Subdivision, and
WHEREAS it was found to be approximately fifty-five
percent of the area required in the RS-2 OLS district, and
WHEREAS there has been no objection from the abutting
property owners, and
WHEREAS the lot does have municipal sewer, and
WHEREAS the lot is compatible to other lots in the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the City
of Muskego recommend to Common Council the approval of the
petition for Legal. Lot Status of Lot 3, in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 35, Point Denoon Subdivision.
