RECOWENDATION TO DENY PETITION FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS
REX MILAM
WHERLAS the Plan Commission has reviewed the petition
of Mr. Rex Milam for legal lot status of Lot 3, in the
Southw,est 114. of Section 32, Point Denoon Subdivision, and
WHEREAS it was found to be approxinately fifty-five
percent of the area required in the RS-2 OLS district, and
WHEREAS the road abutting this lot is only 25' in
width, and
WHEREAS this is a highly dense area, and
WHEREAS it would be in the city's best interest not
to create a higher density.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego recommend to Common Council that legal
lot status for Lot 3, in the Southeast 114 of Section 35,
Point Denoon Subdivision be denied.
