PCR1983101RESOLLTION #P. C. 101-83 APPROVAL OF PETITION FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS (LESTER FOHR) WHEREAS there has been a request for determination of the status of Lot 3, Block 2, NW 114 of Section 10, Pleadow Dale Subdivision, from Lester Fohr, and WHEREAS this lot is located in an RS-2 District requiring a 110' average width, 20,000 sq. ft. in area, and WHEREAS this lot has an average width of 78' and 16,692 sq. ft. in area, and 0 WHEREAS in June of 1982 the Common Council released a Covenant not to Convey or Construct on Lot 8 and 9, Block 2, NW .1./.4 of Section 10, Meadow Dale Subdivision, and WHEREAS those lots are of identical size as the one seeking legal lot status. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the City of Nuskego recommend to Common Council to grant Legal Lot Status for Lot 3, Block 2, Nw 114 of Section 10, Pleadow Dale Subdivision, to Lester Fohr.
