APPROVAL FOR RELOCATION OF DWELLING - PARK DRIVE
(DON BIERBASZ)
WHEREAS a request to r;ove a dwelling from the City of
Milwaukee to Lot 2 and 3, Block A on Park Drive has been
received, and
WHERLAS Section 30.07(8) of the Building Code states
that before a permit can be issued, the Plan Coraission must
approve the relocation of a building, and
WHEREAS this building does not meet the size requirements
for the RS-3 district, and
WHEREAS this building is compatible with other buildings
in the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the
City of Muskego approve the relocation of the building to
Lot 2 and 3, Block A on Park Drive, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the Board of Appeals granting of the variance necessary in the
house size.
