APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
(TESS & RUDY'S HILL TOP HOUSE)
WHEREAS we have received a request for a 27 sq. ft.
sign to be placed on the former Tess & Rudy's Hill Top House,
and
WHEREAS the flat wall sign would meet the requirements
of the zoning ordinance for the B-2 district, and
WHEREAS this is zoned RSA with a Conditional Use Grant
(824) issued on June 19, 1962, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission, if in their opinion feel
that the change constitutes a substantial alteration, must
hold a public hearing, and
WHEREAS the request is only for an additional sign to
be placed on the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that in the Plan Commission's
opinion, the change or addition does not constitute a sub-
stantial change.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission approves
the proposed sign as submitted.
