APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION

WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted to show a four
parcel division of the Froehlich property in the SE 114 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS the division is tied to a future development
prepared by Suburban Surveys, Inc., and
WHEREAS there is a two lot division on Lembezeder Drive
and a two lot division on Gold Drive, and
WHEREAS these roads have been referred to as collector
roads, and
WHEREAS the lots on Lembezeder would have drives directly
onto Lenbezeder, and
WHEREAS there is undesirable soils on this property, and
WHEREAS there has been numerous sketches previously
done on this property
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for
approve/dlsapprove
a four parcel division of the Froehlich property in the SE 114
of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certified survey map show
that there will be one access for two lots.
