APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
LANSEN INDUSTRIES
WHEREAS, plans have been submitted for a manufacturing
building on the southeast corner of Mercury and Gemni Drive
in the city's Industrial Park for a 50,956 sq. ft. building
with 8,056 sq. ft. of office space, and
WHEREAS the plans indicate the use of decorative masonry
along the north and west walls, and
WHEREAS the parking conforms to the Industrial Park's
regulations, and
WHEREAS the proposed drive and parking areas are to be
asphalted, and
WHEREAS there is no proposed outside- storage, and
WHEREAS it is proposed to submit to the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego plans for signs and landscaping at a
later date.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission approve
the Building Site and Operational Plans for Lansen Industries
located on the southeast corner of Mercury and Gemni Drive
in the city's Industrial Park with the exception of the signs
and landscaping which will be submitted at a later date.
