RESOLUTION #P. C. 96-83
REVIEW OF SKETCH AND REFERRAL TO PLANNER FOR REPORT
(NOLTING PROPERTY)
WHEREAS a sketch of a 44 lot Subdivision of the
Nolting property, south on Woods Road in the NW 114 of
Section 12, has been submitted for Plan Commission review
and reconmendation, and
WHEREAS there is a creek meandering through the
property, and
WHEREAS some of the property is located in the wetland
floodplain and lowland, and
WHEREAS it is defined as secondary corridor in the
Muskego Sewer Service area plan approved by the City of
Eluskego and the Southeastern Regional Plan Commission. e
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the sketch be submitted to
Dr. Mangiamele for an estimate of the overall cost of a written
report to be submitted to our Zoning Administrator,with the
approval of the developeqon the proposed sketch of a 44 lot
which is located south of Woods Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 12.
