APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
(SCHOLBE)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a one acre parcel
in the NE 114 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS this division conforms to the zoning requirements
for a duplex lot in the RS-2 zoning district, and
WHEREAS such division will not conflict with future park-
ways planned in this area, and
WHEREAS there is an existing duplex on the proposed division,
and
MHERLAS the State.Map of Controlled Accesses shows two
0
accesses to this property, and
WHEREAS it is the intent of the owner to retain one of
these accesses.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the property located in the NE 114 of Section 17,
and will be receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to
finalize this division, along with receipt of the $25.00 submittal
fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the retention of one of the accesses for any future division of
the remaining land.
