APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ALFRED BADERTSCHER
WHEREAS a sketch has been subnitted for a one parcel
division of the Alfred Badertscher property on Field Drive,
in the NW 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS the lot conforms to the R-1 zoning, and
WHEREAS provisions have been made for an on-site
sewage disposal system, and
WHEREAS Field Drive is to be an 80' road, and
WHEREAS the 40' portion to be dedicated to the City
of Muskego has a shed partly on thk portion which is to
be removed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Kuskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one
parcel division of the Alfred Badertscher property on Field
Drive, in the NW 114 of Section 8, with a 40' portion to be
dedicated to the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
this division, along with the receipt of the $25.00 submittal
fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
