C. 87-83 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE ROBERT PALMER WHEREAS Robert Palmer, W130 S6453 Kipling Drive, has requested permission to construct a 12' x 12', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Robert Palmer for a 12' x 12', unattached, second garage structure at W130 S6453 Kipling Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
