APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
OPEN PANTRY
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, upon final inspection of the Open Pantry Food
Mart, located at S66 W14501 Janesville Road, a portable
storage shed was placed directly east of the existing
building, and
WHEREAS this shed is portable, but intended to remain
over nine months and was not shown on the site plan which
was approved by the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 54-82
dated July 6, 1982.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the amended Site Plan which shows the
location of this storage shed, with the understanding that
the shed be moved to the back of the building to line up with
the addition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that appropriate shrubbery and
screen be built around this shed.
