RECOMMENDATION TO SELL CITY-OWNED PARCEL
(SCHULTZ LANE)

WHEREAS it is proposed to sell less than one-quarter
acre of land owned by the City of Muskego, located at
the Southeast corner of Schultz Lane & Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee on June 23, 1983
requested that the parcel be reviewed by the Plan Cormnission
for recommendation, and
WHEREAS the Plan Cormnission has reviewed the City-owned
land to be sold, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission recommends that 17' along
Durham Drive and 13.5' along Schultz Lane be designated as
a road dedication.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego recommends the sale of the land at the
Southeast corner of Schultz Lane and Durham Drive.
