RECOMMENDATION TO DENY LEGAL LOT STATUS
ARLEIGH KUSCHEWSKI
WHEREAS a petition has been received by the Common
Council for determination of Legal Lot Status on a
previously divided lot located on the southwest corner
of Janesville Road and Valley Drive, in the Southwest
114 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS this lot would be approximately 10,840
sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the zoning requirements will have a 20,000
sq. ft. lot, and
WHEREAS the two lots together have an area of
approximately 20,000 sq. ft., and
WHEREAS there is a garage constructed on this other
lot, and
WHEREAS the Common Council could refund the cost for
the sewer stub to this lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
recommends to the Common Council that Legal Lot Status
be denied.
