RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL ON REZONING LAND FROM
R-2 TO RS-1 - (DALE DAWSON PROPERTY)
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS a petition to rezone the Dale Dawson property
has been submitted by Attorney T. Michael Schober in the
Southwest Quarter of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, because the topography of the land lends
itself to lighter density, and
WHEREAS this area is not being
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of
feels that the highest and best use

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that
