RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON - COUNCIL ON REZONING LAND FROM
R-2 TO RS-1 - (DALE DAWSON PROPERTY)
WHEREAS a petition to rezone the Dale Dawson property
has been submitted by Attorney T. Michael Schober in the
Southwest Quarter of Section 5, and
n Commission
itself to lighter density, and
WHEREAS this area is not being used, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego
feels that the highest and best use of this land would be
a Planned Unit Development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Cormnission of
the City of Muskego recornends to the Common Council that
they amend the petition and rezone the land in the Southwest
Quarter of Section 5 from R-2 to RS-1.
