C. 78-83 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE MARK KSOBIECH WHEREAS Mark Ksobiech had petitioned the Board of Appeals for a variance to construct a 24' x 30' garage at W190 57246 Lochcrest Blvd., Muskego, and WHEREAS if the appeal had been granted, the petitioner would have had to request the Plan Commission for approval of the second garage structure, and WHEREAS the Board of Appeals denied the variance to grant the 24' x 30' garage up to the lot line because, in their opinion, it could be turned so as to stay outside the other garage, and sewer easement on the lot; necessitating removal of the WHEREAS a survey from Hurley Engineering was submitted to the Building Inspection Deparment showing that the sewer was not located within the easement, and signatures which permitted the garage to be turned and not WHEREAS a new easement was drawn up and submitted for .infringe on the new easement without necessitating a variance from the Board of Appeals, and WHEREAS a building permit was issued in August 1981 for a 24' x 30' garage, and WHEREAS there are now two garage structures on this lot since that time. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission approve located at W190 57246 Lochcrest Blvd. the second garage structure on the Mark Ksobiech property CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION Adopted JUN. 2 1 ~QR?
