RESOLUTION WP. C. 77-83
APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF AN ADDITION TO A SECOND GARAGE
STRUCTURE - DONALD T GORSKI
WHEREAS, Donald T. Gorski, W170 S6951 Southern Drive,
has requested permission to construct an addition to an
existing unattached second garage, and
WHEREAS, it does appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-1 District, inasmuch as it is too large, and
WHEREAS, this existing garage structure addition was
denied in Resolution #P. C. 60-83 based on a 10' offset
and 60' from the centerline of the road in violation of the
Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS it is now proposed to be constructed in line
with the existing garage and,
WHEREAS the garage is being turned which will provide
for a 76' setback from the centerline of Southern Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the addition to the
second garage structure for Donald T. Gorski, W170 S6951
Southern Drive, is hereby Dis Droved
