RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS
TESS CORNERS WATERCOURSE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - TID #2
(GAULKE DR. )
WHEREAS the City plans to proceed with the Tess Corners
Watercourse Improvement Project - TID #2 (Gaulke Dr.) as
shown in the plans and specifications prepared by the City's
engineers, Ruekert €X Mielke, and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District #2, and
WHEREAS certain easements are required in order to
proceed with this project, and
WHEREAS the Common Council in Resolution #165-83 has
passed a Relocation Order, and
WHEREAS a permanent easement is necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the Tess Corners Watercourse Improvement Project - TID 112
