APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ED ROSS
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by William
H. Schmitt, land surveyor, dated June 16, 1983, has been
submitted to finalize a two parcel redivision of the Ed
Ross property located on Hillendale Drive in the NE 1/4
of Section 19, and
WHEREAS the sketch for the Land Division was approved
in Resolution SIP. C. 123-82, adopted December 7, 1982, and
WHEREAS the certified survey map is in compliance with
that sketch,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
map for a two parcel redivision of the Ed Ross property in
the NE 1/4 of Section 19 and recommends approval to the
Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to receipt of $25.00 Submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of
park dedication and also subject to the approval of the City
Engineer
