RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
STATE SAND & GRAVEL/PAYNE & DOLAN
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for renewal of Conditional Use Grant 837
held by State Sand & Gravel and Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin
for an extractive permit which expires July 2, 1983, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS a restoration bond in the amount of $100,000 is
on file in the City Clerk's office, and
0 WHEREAS it is recommended that the bond be raised to
$125,000.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37,
conditioned on the receipt of $125,000 bond for State Sand
& Gravel and Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for an extractive
permit for the period from July 2, 1983 to July 2, 1984.
