RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS
GLENBROOK DRAINAGE PROJECT

WHEREAS the City plans to proceed with the Glenbrook
Drainage Project as shown in the plans and specifications
prepared by the City's engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District 112, and
WHEREAS certain easements are required in order to proceed
with this project, and "
WHEREAS Resolution 1/18-83 approved the easement along
the south of Glenbrook Subdivision, and
WHEREAS it is intended to extend that easement to the
north, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the Plan Commission approve
the acquisition of said easement.
/ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the Glenbrook Drainage Project.
