ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RICHARD GEHRKE
WHEREAS, Richard Gehrke, W133 S8124 Northview Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 22' x 24', unattached
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conunission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Richard Gehrke for a 22' x 24', unattached, second garage
structure at W133 S8124 Northview Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
