APPROVAL OF SALE OF LAND
(GUERNSEY MEADOW)

. WHEREAS the Finance Committee has approva&dthedG'e
of approximately .15 acre of land in Out Lot #3 of the
Guernsey Meadow Subdivision to Mr. Irving Fischer, and
WHEREAS this parcel is bounded by the school on the
south, and the water utilities pump house on the north, and
WHEREAS this sale will not affect any other properties,
and,
WHEREAS this is an unwooded portion of Out Lot #3,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sale of approxi-
mately .15 acre of land in Out Lot #3 of the Guernsey
Meadow Subdivision subject to the approval of the Parks and
Recreation Board.
