APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
HILDEGARDE FEURSTAHLER
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Gerald E.
Casey, land surveyor, dated May 25, 1983, has been submitted
to finalize the two parcel division of the Hildegarde
Feurstahler property at the end of Mystic Drive Extended in
the SW 114 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 53-83, adopted May 4, 1983.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Couunission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a two parcel division of the Feurstahler property in the
SW 1/4 of Section 14 and recommends approval to the Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of $400.00 in lieu of park dedication and also subject
to the approval of the City Engineer.
