WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Payne & Dolan
of Wisconsin and State Sand & Gravel Company for renewal of
their extractive permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
city of Muskego does hereby set a public hearing for June 7,
0 1983, at 7:45 P.M. to consider the renewal of the extractive
permit for Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin and State Sand & Gravel
