APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PWXS
DICK'S FARM MARKET
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted for revised
Building, Site and Operational Plans on the property located
W125 S9800 N Cape Road, known as Dick's Farm Yarket, and
WHEREAS, the original approval was subject to the condition
and that the parking area be asphalted wirhin three years, and
that there be no outside storage of cars, trucks, debris, etc ,
!JHEREAS. the original use was for farm products, and
!\'HEREAS, the petitioner now is requesting to include items
such as Watkins World Famous Products, Ar.erican Bionics, and
a limited supply of radios and accessorizs, beer and soda, if
license can be obtained, and
WHEREAS, they have stated that these item will be displayed
inside the buiLding
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve ehe revised Building, Site
and Operational Plans for the property located at W125 S9800
N. Cape Road, subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated in the original plan approved in 1976; that is, there
be IO outside storage of cars, trucks, debris, etc , and that the
parking area be asphalted.
