APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGNS
PARKLAND PHOTO
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Parkland Photo
Lab, Inc. for permission to erect a 32 sq. ft. flat wall sign
on the north face of the building at S75 W17461 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS permission has also been requested to paint a 32 sq. ft.
flat wall sign on the east side of the building, in conjunction with
a painted mural on the entire side of the building, and
WHEREAS these signs are within the 5% size limitation per-
mitted in this B-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Parkland Photo
Lab, Inc. for permission to erect a 32 sq. ft. flat wall sign on
the north face of the building, and a 32 sq. ft. flat wall sign
on the east side of the building in conjunction with a painted mural
on the entire side of the building, at S75 W17461 Janesville Road.
