ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE

WHEREAS, Donald T. Gorski, W170 S6951 Southern Drive, .-
has requested permission to construct a 20' x 36', unattached
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District,
inasmuch as it is too large and does not line up with existing
garage, and
WHEREAS the garage has been requested to be located 10'
from the side lot line or 60' from the centerline of the road
in violation of the Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED based on the above, that the
Plan Commission deny Donald T. Gorski's request for a Second
Garage Structure.
