PCR1983059RESOLUTION #P. 6. 59-83 ARCHITECTURAZ, APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE DAN BOTHWELL WHEREAS, Dan Bothwell, W132 S6529 Saroyan Road, has requested permission to construct a 12' x 16', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a , substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. P THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission 0 (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Dan Bothwell for a 12' x 16', unattached, second garage structure at W132 S6529 Saroyan Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
