APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
JILL'S FABRIC CARE CENTER
WHEREAS revised building, site and operational plans
have been submitted by Mike Fitzgerald to permit a 51.9' x 27.6'
addition to Jill's Laundry and Dry Cleaning building at
S74 W16834 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS this addition would be used €or the expansion of
the dry cleaning operation and the addition of a retail sales
counter .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised building, site
and operational plans as submitted by Mike Fitzgerald for a
51.9' x 27.6' addition to the building at S74 W16834 Janesville
Road.
