APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
(Fairfield Drive)
AND RECOMMENDATION TO SELL CITY-OWNED PARCEL
WHEREAS in October, 1980, the Plan Commission approved
a sketch for a three parcel division of city-owned land at
the intersection of McShane and Fairfield Dr in the SW 114
of Section 12, and these parcels have been sold, and
WHEREAS the City is now contemplating the sale of an
additional parcel to the north of these lots, and
WHEREAS the sketch for the division indicates the parcel
would be 110' x 200' which meets the requirements of the RS-2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the one parcel division of
city-owned land on Fairfield Drive in the SW 114 of Section 12,
and recommends approval of.tha sa&e. of this parcel by the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the recording of Deed Restrictions on this parcel to conform
with the restrictions placed on the three previously divided
parcels.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division
