APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
KENNETH ZBILICKI
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Tom Inman,
land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize a two parcel
division of the Kenneth Zbilicki property on the corner of
Tess Corners Drive and Gaulke Drive in the SE 114 of Section
2, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved the sketch in
Resolution #E'. C. 28-83 adopted March 1, 1983
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmi'ssion of
0 the City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends
approval to the Common Council, the certified survey map sub-
mitted to finalize a two parcel division of the Kenneth Zbilicki
property in the SE 114 of Section 2, subject to the applicant
obtaining all permits as required under Section 7.18 of the
Flood Plain Ordinance, and subject to approval by the City
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 fee in lieu of
park dedication
