APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SLTRVEY MAP
KOSOBUCKI BROS .
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Kit Kuokkanen,
land surveyor, dated August 17, 1981, has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the Roy and Mark Kosobucki
property in the NW 114 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 73-81 on August 4, 1981.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
to the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a
one parcel division of the Roy and Mark Kosobucki property on
Mystic Drive in the hW 114 of Section 14.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer, and the receipt of the $200
fee in lieu of park dedication.
