APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY PUP
Jansen Development - Muskego Business/Industrial Park
WHEREAS, the City is in the process of selling a parcel
of land in the City's Industrial Park to Jansen Development
for the construction of Lanson Industries, Inc. for the pur-
pose of manufacturing automatic entrance system and related
products, and
WHEREAS, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated April 1, 1983, to finalize the division of
a 5 92 acre parcel indicated as Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 3
on the Muskego Industrial Park Developnent Plan.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the certified survey map for a 5.92 acre
division of the parcel indicated as Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 3
on the Muskego Industrial Park Development Plan.
