APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ERV WHITEHOUSE
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted for a one parcel
division of the Erv Whitehouse property at S67 W21845 Tans
Drive in the SW 114 of Section 6, and
WHEFAAS, this property is located in an RCE District,
which requires minimum lot size of 120,000 sq. ft and a
minimum average width of 250 ft., and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot more than meets these require-
ment s.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Erv Whitehouse for a one parcel division of his property at
S67 W21845 Tans Drive in the SW 114 of Section 6.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
this division along with the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00
fee in lieu of park dedication.
