RECOPMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEENTS
TESS CORNERS CULVERT
WHEREAS, the City plans to improve the culvert crossing
under Tess Corners Drive near Gaulke Drive, and
WHEREAS, this project is included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District #~2, and
WHEREAS, certain easements are required in order to
proceed with this project.
THEREFOP!, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the improvement of the Tess Corners Culvert. 0
