APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Maynard Wolter, Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Inman Engineering
dated March 21, 1983, has been submitted to finalize a four parcel
division of the biiynard F. Wolter and Sharon L. Wolter property
on South Wind Lake Road in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the existing bath house shown on the lot line between
Parcels 2 and 3 will be removed, and the existing frame dwelling
on Parcel 1 will become legal non-conforming because of the
proposed dedicated roadway, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Norway has approved this certified
survey map.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a four parcel division of the Maynard F. and Sharon L. Wolter
property on South Wind Lake Road in the Town of Korway, and
recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEIj that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee.
