RECOMbENDING ACQUISITION OF LAND
PROPOSED FIFE DEPT. SUBSTATION - SE 5
WHEREAS the City of Muskego is considering the acquisition
of a 1.23 acre parcel at the intersection of Racine Avenue and
Tans Drive for the location of a proposed fire department
substation, and
WHEREAS funds for this project are included in the Amended
Project Plan for Tax Incremental District No. 5.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Conunon Council
approval of the acquisition of property at the intersection of
Racine Avenue and Tans Drive with funds from TID 115 for a
proposed fire department substation.
