APPROVAL OF RESTORATION PLAN
LEKFIELD FARM
WHEREAS Don DeBack Grading of Big Bend has requested per-
mission to remove additional clay from the Lekfield Farm located
in the SE 1/4 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS the plan has been submitted to the city engineers
for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS a restoration bond in the amount of $25,000 shall
be submitted prior to the start of the project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the removal of clay from
the ~Lekfield Farm in the SE 1/4 of Section 19 in accordance with
the Proposed Restoration Plan dated March, 1983. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approval by the City Engineers and receipt of the $25,000
restoration bond.
