APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND CIVISION
NINO COELLO
WHEREAS two sketches have been subritted by Wisconsin
General Contractors for a two parcel division of the Nino
Coello property on College Avenue in the Nw 1/4 of Section 3, and
WHEREAS this parcel is in an RSE District without sewer,
which requires minimum lot size of 80,000 sq. ft. with 300 ft.
average width, and
WHEREAS Plan 1 indicates two lots which would not meet
the minimum average width requirement, and
WHEREAS Plan 2 would meet the requirements of the Zoning
Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Plan 2 sketch submitted
for a two parcel division of the Nino Coello property on
College Avenue in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, subject to the con-
dition that a satisfactory method of sewage disposal is available.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a certified survey map to finalize this division,
subject to receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in
lieu of park dedication.
