APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
WOOLS ROAD PUMPING STATION
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has requested a conditional
use grant for the purpose of constructing a sewage pumping
station at S77 W16031 Woods Road, in connection with the Woods
Road Sewer Interceptor, and
WHEREAS building, site, operational and landscaping plans
prepared by Ruekert & Mielke on December 21, 1982 have been
submitted, and
a hip roof and will be 28%’ x 35’ and will be residential in
appearance, and
WHEREAS the building will be constructed of brick with
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has determined that this
structure would have no adverse affect on the health, general
welfare, safety or economic prosperity of the City or the
immediate neighborhood, and a WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a conditional use grant
Woods Road Sewage Pumping Station.
for S77 W16031 Woods Road to permit the construction of the
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the building, site, operational
and landscaping plans for the pumping station are hereby approved
