APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
BOAT LIVERY - ELDORAGO RETREAT
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted by ElDorado Retreat,
W156 S7901 Ladwig Drive, on Bass Bay, for permission to
operate a boat livery, and
WHEREAS, boat liveries are permitted in this RS-3 (OLR)
District with Plan Commission approval of building., site and
operational plans, and
WHEREAS, the plans submitted include provisions for
operational signs on the property, and additions to two existing
non-conforming signs not located on the property.
0 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plans submitted by ElDorado Retreat for operation
of a boat livery at W156 S7901 Ladwig Drive on Bass Bay, with
the exception that no additions may be made to the two existing
non-conforming signs not located on the property.
