RECONMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEEENTS
SEWER INTERCEPTOR - TID #2-7
WHEREAS, the City plans to proceed with the Sewer
Interceptor project, and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental Districts 82 thru #7, and
WHEREAS certain easements are required in order to proceed
with this project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of
the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the Sewer Interceptor Project.
