RECOMMENDING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS
BASS BAY SEWER PROJECT - TID #4
WHEREAS, the City plans to proceed with the Bass Bay
Sewer Project , and
WHEREAS this project was included in the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District #4, and
WHEREAS, certain easements are required in order to proceed
with this project
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Conmon Council
0 approval of the acquisition of easements necessary to proceed
with the Bass Bay Sewer Project.
